1， Equipment Features:

This machine is suitable for positioning printing on the tops of cylindrical, square, and other shaped products, such as wine caps,  cosmetic caps, and beverage caps. The equipment operates efficiently and stably, can accurately position printing at speeds of up to 45-50 pieces per minute, and is easy to operate and maintain.

2， the technical points and process flow of the equipment:

1) The caps to be printed and coded are manually placed on a manual loading platform, where they are slowly transported forward by a conveyor belt to the infeed  

and  outfeed conveyors.

2) The workpieces are transferred to the infeed robot positioning module. After sensing, the robot grabs and loads the workpieces, clamping them to the turntable 

fixture.

3) The 16-station rotary turntable rotates sequentially, performing stamping, electrostatic dust removal, surface treatment, photoelectric pre-positioning, 

photoelectric precision positioning, screen printing, LED UV curing, robotic unloading, conveyor delivery, and manual collection, placement, and packaging.

4) This continuous cycle ensures efficient production.
